- Lifetime Warranty on Exchangers (5 years outside of continental US and Canada)
- Lifetime Warranty on Electronics (5 years outside of continental US and Canada)
- Lifetime Warranty on Elements (5 years outside of continental US and Canada)
- To be eligible, heater must be installed by licensed plumber/electrician
- To be eligible, heater must be installed within (30) days of purchase, unless otherwise approved.
- To be eligible, warranty registration must be filled out completely and post marked within (30) days of purchase, unless otherwise approved.
- Full Warranty for Electric Tankless Water Heaters ECO 8 through ECO 27
